What Opportunities Await You in 2022?

Welcome to 2022! I wonder what opportunities await you in 2022?

We’re half way through the first month of 2022 and I imagine there is an incredible array of feelings as we step out into the year. Some of us are well-rested and rejuvenated, some may have worked through, some may have had stat holidays only, some may be feeling ‘deja vu’ about the year, some may have started with heartache and grief and some may be ready to step into something fresh and new.

Mother Earth’s presence and many other external events have shaped our lives already this year. It’s easy to look outside of us and feel powerless and I find that easy makes life hard. It’s hard to focus on what lies within, and when I do, life becomes easier.

When I focus on my circle of influence and what I can affect, I look at my feet, get my head in the same place that my feet are, because my head is wonderfully good at hyper-space and interstellar travel into the past and the future, and I take one step at a time. Or, as my Dad says frequently these days, one day at a time. This year for a many of us, those one-at-a-time steps may very well be into the unknown as life has changed and with this change and the unknown always there is opportunity.
